The Agreement Between Us

Lucky Pinup is a division of Brent Walker Creative LLC. By becoming an affiliate for Lucky Pinup, you agree to the following terms.

• Comission is paid on the 15th of every month for sales fulfilled in the previous calendar month.
• We will pay full commission for clients that you initially refered for as long as you remain a Lucky Pinup Affiliate. That means, if you remain an affiliate and the same client comes to us for 4 different shoots, you will get credit and be paid in full for all 4 shoots.
• You are an independent representative, not an employee.
• Taxes and other outside fees associated with your own income production are your responsibility.
• You must provide us a W-9 form prior to receiving your first check.
• Being independent, we accept and even encourage you to work with other companies that are not a conflict of interest. However, you may not work for or represent in any way another photographer or company that provides photographic services while being a representative.
• We pay commission for clients you refer that pay for their shoot in full. We do not pay comission if a client only puts down a deposit and doesn't show up for their shoot.
• Lucky Points may only be used for bonuses listed on the site. They have no cash value. Points are good as long as you remain a Lucky Pinup affiliate.
• You are responsible for buying materials like business cards and postcards. You can purchase printed material on your own or from us. We will provide the digital files that will enable you to get material printed wherever you like.
• You can only use materials designed by Lucky Pinup to advertise our services. You may not distribute any material not designed by us without approval from Lucky Pinup.
• In order to remain an active affiliate you must sell at least one shoot every 6 months. If there is a special life circumstance that prevents you from spreading the good word for a while, let us know and we'll try to make special arrangements.
• We provide an email address for you to use while you are an affiliate. This email address should be used for business related to Lucky Pinup. We reserve the right to access that email address or revoke access at any time.
• We reserve the right to end the relationship between Brent Walker Creative LLC. and any affiliate for any reason. We will typically only end the relationship if their is a violation of this agreement.
• You have the right to end the relationship between Brent Walker Creative LLC. and yourself at any time.
• We provide a bio page for affiliates. You are responsible for ensuring that the information on your page stays correct. You can send any changes to info@luckypinup.com and we will modify the page as soon as possible.
• All online marketing efforts must comply with spam and "truth in advertising" laws.
• Terms of agreement may be changed at any time without prior notice.
